Job Summary
Deliver essential behavioral health services directly in the community to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in a "hospital without walls" model.
Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, monitor medication adherence, administer IM injections, and provide medication education to clients and families.
Enjoy a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with shared on-call rotation, company vehicle and phone provided, and mileage reimbursement.
