Job Summary

• Lead and deliver Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
• Design and implement projects in line with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, and effectively communicate project status and potential risks.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing trials for pilot plant and full-scale plant.
