  • Provides oversight on facilities’ weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and tracks PDPM tools utilization.
  • Monitors QM and QASP performance, providing data analysis and clinical recommendations for optimum outcomes.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments, including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change assessments.
