Key Requirements
5 plus year post qualification experience
BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited Degree
Full member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Client facing with work winning skills
Good team working skills
Prepared to travel as required
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
AutoCAD skills (ideal)
Full understanding of Health and Safety requirements
