Mid-Level (Level 3): $119,850.00 - $162,850.00; Senior (Level 4): $146,200.00 - $197,800.00; Lead (Level 5): $176,800.00 - $239,200.00; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and time away from work.
