Job Summary

  • The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth.
  • This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners.
  • Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of our Barcelona office and able to come in up to three times per week.
