  • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing functional leadership and supporting change management and adoption activities.
