Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing functional leadership and supporting change management and adoption activities.

Key Requirements
Experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant
At least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CE implementation
Experience working in a consulting environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Solid understanding of Business processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
