Must-have
Perform maintenance on electronic and mechanical equipment
Operate and train on sterilization equipment
Test electronic circuits using test equipment
Troubleshoot PLC programs and ladder logic
Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain productive work environment through communication
Nice-to-have
Propose design changes for equipment upgrades
Instruct operators on proper production methods
Actively participate as a team member
Assist with radiation emergencies
Maintain regular, punctual attendance
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years' maintenance and repair experience (or 2-year technical degree)
Forklift certification within 3 months
Ability to obtain Radiation Certification within 12 months
Must clear FBI background check and provide fingerprints
