Job Summary

  • Candidates must ensure safe, compliant, and resilient delivery aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations like NCA and ISA/IEC 62443.
  • This position involves leading a team on-site in Duba, Saudi Arabia, working an 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF rotation.

Must-have

  • OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in power infrastructure
  • Knowledge of NCA, HCIS, SAIS regulations
  • Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and IEC 61850
  • Leading cybersecurity teams on large capital projects
  • FAT, SAT, CSAT validation for industrial systems

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring cybersecurity engineers and contractors
  • Strong collaboration with OEMs and grid interfaces
  • Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen Project scale
  • Ability to work without impacting critical path

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems)
  • 15-20 years overall experience with 7+ years in OT/ICS environments
  • Proven implementation of NCA, HCIS, SAIS, or ISA/IEC 62443 standards
  • OT/ICS cybersecurity certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 or SANS
