Must-have
12+ years of software engineering experience
Java Spring Boot and Microservices development
AWS Serverless Lambda and Event Bridge integration
OpenShift Docker and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
MongoDB NoSQL database architecture
Mentoring junior engineers and code reviews
Nice-to-have
Experience with vendor management models
Familiarity with Dynatrace or New Relic monitoring
Agile Scrum methodology participation
