Job Summary

• The Card Data Management (CDM) organization serves as the risk steward for ensuring a well-managed data ecosystem, focusing on automation and preventative controls for future data needs.
• This role will partner closely with Card business teams to establish optimal quality and monitoring of the organization’s most important data, and work with eData to drive data management tooling options.
• The ideal candidate has a data management background, in-depth knowledge of processes, risks, and controls, and a proven track record of driving improvements, preferably including automation.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or first or second line Risk Management experience
• At least 3 years of Project or Process Management experience
• At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Compliance, Legal, Audit, or first or second line Risk Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data
• Professional certifications within risk management and/or assurance
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
