  • The incumbent will drive the optimization of ITIL4 processes and enhance ServiceNow functionality to improve resolution efficiency and customer experience.
  • Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and demonstrate a history of exceeding AQL/SLA targets in complex environments.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher
  • 15+ years relevant experience in service operations
  • IAT Level II certification required

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma frameworks
  • SAFe Agile framework operating experience
  • ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certifications
  • DoD NIPRNet/SIPRNet/JWICS environment support
  • Strong influence on executive stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years OR Master's plus 13+ years experience
  • Current ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on ServiceNow ITSM work
