Job Summary

  • Lead and inspire a sales team of ~7 direct reports, coaching them to achieve their full potential and fostering an environment of engagement and growth.
  • Drive the Trauma business in Sweden & Norway, delivering and exceeding quarterly and yearly business budgets while managing equipment utilization and revenue pipeline development.
  • Build a network with key customers, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth order-to-cash process.
