Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on complex systems including rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and chilled water systems.
The position requires guiding entry-level staff and participating in improvement activities to minimize downtime and enhance system efficiency.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance
Read and interpret schematics and drawings
Work in confined spaces and on roofs
Lift minimum of 65 pounds

Experience training entry-level technicians
Proficiency with computerized maintenance systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Key Requirements
Valid driver's license
EPA Section 608 certification within six months
One year experience with electrical systems
Two years experience in HVAC and refrigeration
Medical clearance for respiratory protection
Ability to obtain Hazmat certification
