Job Summary

  • The Organization Development Practitioner delivers activities that contribute to the Culture Evolution Agenda of the Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS) including leadership development and change readiness for various global, regional, and site specific initiatives.
  • Your challenges include undertaking projects to develop leaders, educating managers on Airbus Values and leadership models, and running workshops on culture evolution.
  • This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.
