Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst for its securities services division to support large-scale change initiatives by analyzing processes and ensuring operational readiness. The ideal candidate should have experience in securities services, custody operations, or settlements, and be adept at working in fast-paced environments
Job Summary
Partner closely with operations, technology, and project teams to translate requirements, validate solutions, and help deliver a smooth and controlled implementation.
Execute operational readiness activities including runbooks, standard operating procedures, controls, exception workflows, and Day 1/Day 2 preparation.

Key Requirements
Experience in securities services, custody operations, settlements, or asset servicing
Hands-on delivery in operational readiness and/or testing execution

Ability to analyse dependencies across FX, liquidity, and funding
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
Comfortable working in fast-paced change environments with multiple stakeholders
