Key Requirements

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance, Tax law or HR
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll or personal tax
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg compensation and benefits practices
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg personal tax on employment incomes
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously
