Key Requirements
Master degree in Economics, Finance, Tax law or HR
5 to 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll or personal tax
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg compensation and benefits practices
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg personal tax on employment incomes
Ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members
Strong planning and prioritisation skills
Ability to handle multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously
