Job Summary

  • A Convention Services Manager (CSM) provides a wide range of event planning and logistics, event management, client and patron relations, and other related skills in support of events contracted at the Baltimore Convention Center.
  • This position partners closely with the Center’s service providers such as Telecommunications, Audio/Visual, Catering, and Utilities as well as event management from Visit Baltimore.
