Job Summary
The Health Systems Partner is a field-based role dedicated to enabling the operational readiness of health systems, focusing on diagnosing and solving systemic bottlenecks that affect patient access, throughput, and care coordination.
This role acts as the operational bridge between Commercial, Patient Support Program (PSP) Operations, and Medical functions, translating insights into action while maintaining full IMC and ethical compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy health administration, or a related discipline, with experience in hospital/clinic operations, patient access programs, or rare disease enablement.
