Salary

Base: $180,000.00 - $247,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, up to 120 hours paid vacation

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4 years direct selling experience in healthcare
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Developing and executing business plans
  • Analyzing complex data for strategic planning
  • Coaching and motivating sales teams

  • Rare Disease or Institutional Sales experience
  • Experience with infusible or injectable products

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
  • 4 years direct selling experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
