Salary
Base: $180,000.00 - $247,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, up to 120 hours paid vacation
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4 years direct selling experience in healthcare
3 years of leadership experience
Developing and executing business plans
Analyzing complex data for strategic planning
Coaching and motivating sales teams
Nice-to-have
Rare Disease or Institutional Sales experience
Experience with infusible or injectable products
Account-based sales experience in hospitals
Understanding of payer access and reimbursement
Collaborative cross-functional teamwork
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
