Job Summary
Examines requests and verifies orders on each assigned patient, referring and questioning orders to the Radiologist before performing the exam.
Prepares and administers IV contrast according to departmental protocols, evaluates technical quality of images, and recognizes abnormal anatomy.
Operates radiology computer system, documents contrast administration, and maintains assigned work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
