Job Summary

• You ensure the smooth operation of our building technology systems and independently carry out maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on technical facilities such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical systems.
• You plan and coordinate regular maintenance intervals, conduct inspections, and meticulously document all measures taken.
• You advise and support internal departments as a competent point of contact on all matters relating to technical building equipment.

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, supply engineering, building technology, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance or facility management
• Good technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings, plans, and schematics
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and safety provisions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High commitment, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
