Job Summary
The engineer would be required to respond to, troubleshoot and provide IT support on tickets, chats, and phone calls.
This will include requests such as Operating System and Software Troubleshooting, Installation, removal of Software, and Account login; access requests and issues.
Provide IT customer support for all Bloomberg employees, vendors and workers working inside and outside the office.
