Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Ability to perform majority of department operations
High school graduate or equivalent education
Nice-to-have
IPC soldering standards certification
Medical device industry experience
Technical training in welding and material science
One year related quality experience
Associate's degree preferred
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years Integer related work experience
5-7 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with hydraulic and mechanical presses
Experience with standard work and 5S methodologies
