You will be responsible for administering medications, maintaining detailed medical records, and ensuring strict compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
This role requires active participation in quality assurance programs, staff training, and coordinating with physicians to maintain the highest degree of quality care.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
