Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum 6-8 years finite element modeling experience
  • Advanced ANSYS Ls-Dyna or ABAQUS software skills
  • SolidWorks CAD proficiency
  • Fully licensed P.Eng in Ontario or eligible

Nice-to-have

  • Master's or PhD in engineering degree
  • Experience with ASME B&PV Section III codes
  • Knowledge of OPG ECC Process
  • Field testing planning and execution experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • P.Eng license in Ontario or eligibility
  • 6-8 years of finite element modeling experience
  • Proficiency in ANSYS, Ls-Dyna, ABAQUS, and SolidWorks
