  • Associate degree AND 11 years experience as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDI specialist, RN, Sales Executive, CIC, CCDS, or coding certification
  • Coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity knowledge
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and systems knowledge
  • Client relationship management at C-Suite level
  • Experience consulting in health information systems
  • Knowledge of ROI metrics and financial metrics
