Job Summary

  • As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for both real-time recruitment and proactive hiring strategy, supporting management and individual contributor roles.
  • You will manage end-to-end recruitment from kickoff through offer, proactively building talent pipelines for future critical roles and delivering market intelligence to help leaders make informed hiring decisions.
  • You will join a global organization with the resources to invest in innovation, the support of a strong TA team, and the autonomy to own your work, playing a critical role in shaping the future of hiring.
