Salary
Base: $176,100 - $305,900; Bonus/Equity: Annual and discretionary bonuses, Long Term Incentives for Directors; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years related experience or Master’s with 8 years
Minimum 5 years managerial experience
Active DoD Secret clearance
Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance
