Job Summary

• The Engineering Manager will lead and direct managers and individual contributors across two teams responsible for safe, efficient, and consistent execution of product development operational activities.
• Responsibilities include management of facility-based activities, repairs & maintenance, and improvement & capital projects, providing day-to-day operational leadership and longer-term strategic direction.
• This role requires visible leadership and regular presence at both sites to build strong cross functional relationships, ensure effective communication, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Base: $159,120.00 - $238,680.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), HSA, FSA, etc.
