Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing bowel and bladder needs while ensuring safety and comfort.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
