Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and coaching to leaders and People & Culture colleagues on employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, workplace investigations and dispute resolution.
  • The Senior Workforce Case Advisor manages sensitive and high-risk casework, supports case resolution capability across the business, and contributes to the continuous improvement of case management systems and practices to ensure fair, consistent and compliant outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, HR, IR
  • At least five years' experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading investigations
  • Experience advocating before Fair Work Commission
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
