Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years design engineering experience
Deep expertise in CAD CAE PLM tools
Hands-on troubleshooting of deployment issues
Understanding of engineering workflows from concept to production
Nice-to-have
Experience with scripting and automation
Background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Instructional design or technical education experience
Knowledge of data flow between CAD PLM ERP systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical Systems Engineering or equivalent
U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions
