Tool & Die, Drawing, and Blueprint experience
Leadership of coordinators, technicians, and engineers

2 years leadership or supervisory experience
Aftermarket MRO and turbine engine overhaul experience
Lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma training
PMP certification preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
