Job Summary

  • As a Senior Engineering Manager you’ll be at the forefront of our AI Powered Engineering strategy, driving technical excellence, uplifting capability, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • You’ll lead the Engineering & Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Everyday Business Banking on its mission to enable and accelerate engineering excellence across the domain.
  • The CoE’s mandate is twofold: Ensure squads have effective, scalable cloud and environment foundations and continuously embed and scale enterprise engineering practices, tooling, and capability across EBB.
