Graduation from accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine
Completion of ACGME approved Residency Program
Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee
DEA Certificate and current CPR certification
Buprenorphine Waiver
Two years preferred faculty/teaching experience
Work Rights
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee
