Job Summary
The Associate Director of Operational Excellence is primarily responsible for development and implementation of operational excellence systems and standards within the Devens Cell Therapy site.
This role is responsible for driving a harmonized approach with and to the Cell Therapy Manufacturing network level by building relationships and by aligning the site to established network OpEx improvement framework.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or Science
minimum 10 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing
