  • Overseeing and coordinating other Business Analysts
  • Agile methodologies SAFe framework experience
  • Documenting complex testable business requirements

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with clinical trial suppliers CROs
  • Project management of complex long-term deliverables
  • Proficiency in Jira Jira Align Confluence tools
  • Advocacy for DevOps AI and Test Automation
  • Working in regulated compliance environments

Key Requirements

  • Any degree with 8-13 years experience
  • Business Analysis certifications preferred (IIBA BABOK)
  • Certified SAFe for Teams preferred
