Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet resident needs based on budget, census, and facility administration direction.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with new hire onboarding, and reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work harmoniously with personnel, and handle difficult residents, while ensuring a warm and positive environment.
