This role acts as the site-based customer champion, developing unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and supporting factory direct customers with quoting and order entry.
The manager partners with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to deliver solutions that fulfill customer needs with speed, accuracy, and exceptional communication.
