Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Program Management of AI / Automation Enablement, is accountable for end-to-end ownership of high-impact AI-powered solutions, leading all phases from vision and business requirements definition through delivery, integration, and adoption.
This role drives operational leverage by acting as the primary liaison, program orchestrator, and change champion between business stakeholders, Data Science, UX, Product Management and Engineering partners.
Monitor agents, measure results and report business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
