Handle some of the largest and most complex Casualty claims in the industry, testing deep technical claims expertise in investigation, evaluation, and disposition of 3rd party property and casualty claims.
Review coverage under Excess Commercial General liability and auto policies, participate in claim investigation, and control litigation strategy, including directing litigation, attending mediations, and assessing liability and damages.
Utilize ADR as appropriate and necessary, effectively strategize and budget litigation through discussions with counsel, vendors, and insureds, and establish clear ground rules with defense and coverage counsel for financial control.

Base: $96,000-$129,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package
