Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Commissioning Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Mount Prospect, IL, to oversee and manage the commissioning process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Job Summary

  • Lead and manage the full MEP commissioning process from preconstruction through closeout, including Factory Witness Testing (FWT/FAT), Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and final commissioning documentation.
  • Coordinate staffing and resources with field associates and trade partners for all commissioning efforts.
  • Ensure commissioning activities comply with Holder’s safety standards and Energy Control Program (ECP).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
