Salary

Key Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Licensed pharmacist in California
Completion of a PGY2 Oncology Residency
Completion of PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency and at least 3 years of experience as a clinical oncology pharmacist
At least 3 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in oncology, including 1 year practicing under a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA)
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
