  • As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team in-store, including completing performance evaluations and succession planning.
