Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership and the Director of Nursing Services.
• You will participate in quality assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication processes and ensure accuracy and safety in medication administration.
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures or system access attempts is a critical responsibility.
