Salary
Base: 69,200 - 84,600 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: 7.5% target bonus with potential payout up to double; Benefits: Flexible work, wellness benefits, share plan, pension with guaranteed income option
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Property appraisal and loss prevention
Customer service and communication skills
Travel within Alberta including overnight trips
Physical inspection and measurement of structures
Collaboration with brokers and internal departments
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with architectural drawing software
Ability to read architectural and builder plans
Flexible and autonomous working hours
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with construction cost trends
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years property appraisal experience
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
CIP and CRM designation preferred
Architectural designation preferred or equivalent experience
