This role is responsible for sustaining and improving Dyson's existing product portfolio through refurbishment and circular economy strategies.
The position requires leading technical support for in-market products by resolving high-impact refurbishment issues and driving corrective actions across product, process, and supplier dimensions.
Candidates must partner with product engineering and sustainability teams to drive changes that improve repairability, parts re-use, and waste reduction globally.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years sustaining engineering experience
Experience bridging operations and product engineering
Strong understanding of manufacturing and test processes
Hands-on experience with refurbishment or reverse logistics
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environment
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Knowledge of ERP, MES, or Service systems
Passion for sustainability and circular design
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution style
Clear communicator across global functions
Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical)
5-8+ years in sustaining, manufacturing, or aftersales engineering roles
Experience with teardown/failure analysis and quality systems
