Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the design and ongoing administration of key Geisinger Health System talent initiatives such as employee engagement, executive coaching, change management, team dynamics, succession, retention and more.
  • The Sr. Consultant will also serve as a consultative liaison between front-line operations, the Talent Management and Human Resources function.
  • The senior consultant will also design and deliver scalable training programs and facilitate learning sessions across diverse audiences.
