Must-have

  • Prepare case carts per doctor preference
  • Handle specimens implants and sharps safely

  • 1 year OR scrubbing experience preferred
  • 1 year clinical hospital experience preferred
  • Ability to float to other departments

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Graduation from accredited surgical technologist program
  • State registration as Surgical Technologist required
  • BLS-HCP certification within 60 days of hire
  • NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA certification for certified track
